Princess Anne Hotel Policies

Deposits
The deposit for your hotel reservation is 50% of the total cost of your stay after taxes. Visa, Mastercard, American express and Discover are happily accepted.

Cancellations
Normal Cancellation Policy
A reservation must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival of your check in date to receive a full refund.

Holidays and Special Events
A reservation must be canceled 14 days prior to arrival of your check in date to receive a full refund.

If notice of cancellation is less than policy requires, then deposit is non-refundable. I am sorry for this policy coming across so formal. But this area must be in BLACK & WHITE. The gray areas cause problems and confusion.

Unhappy Guest Policy
If for any reason a guest of the Princess Anne is unhappy with their room or with the hotel property, please let us know immediately. If we can correct the situation we will do so. If we cannot correct it we will give you a full refund for the remainder of your stay. There is no reason that you should stay at a hotel where you are not completely happy and comfortable. I would not stay. Why should you? I understand that the Princess Anne is not for everyone, nor do we want to be.

I do ask that you inform us of the situation when you check in or at least while the housekeeping staff are on the property. Please do not eat the steak and then ask for a refund.

Smoking Policy
Princess Anne is a completely nonsmoking property including all rooms and all outdoor spaces. Guests found smoking in rooms will be charged a $500 fine and asked to leave immediately and not return to the hotel.
