A Unique Asheville Accommodation
The Princess Anne Hotel was originally built in 1922, and opened in 1924. Although her history is varied, she was renovated and her name returned in 2005. Now combining that classic charm often found in local bed and breakfasts, with the privacy modern day travelers prefer, she provides a truly unique experience for visitors to Asheville. Turning 40 individual rooms into 14 spacious suites and 2 large guest rooms was a labor of love. Each is uniquely decorated to reflect a classic yet modern feel. Let our friendly staff cater to your needs and discover true Southern hospitality!
The three story, shingle style Princess Anne Hotel first opened its doors in 1924. The hotel and Asheville have gone through many changes since then. Learn more on our history page.
With such a long and rich history The Princess Anne Hotel has more than a few stories to tell. We always keep our eyes open for articles and other press about our Asheville gem and will link to them on our press page.
Elizabeth “the green” is working on the Princess Anne’s move to becoming green. Learn more about what we are already doing to make the Princess Anne Hotel as environmentally friendly as we can on our going green page.
