A message from Sam, General Manager of the Princess Anne Hotel:
It is with a heavy heart that I write this message. Hurricane Helene has devastated parts of WNC to historic levels we never thought would happen. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone effected in any way. Currently I am sitting in a TX airport unable to make it back to Asheville due to road closures and flooding. Our amazing staff that are in town are doing their very best to understand their lives as well as help our guests out in any way they can. We apologize for any calls or emails that we have not been able to answer in our normal timely manner. All effected reservations will be addressed as soon as everything settles. We are very lucky the Princess Anne Hotel was spared of any major damages. We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as the city allows us to.
