Getting to the Princess Anne Hotel

Whether you’re traveling to us via the Blue Ridge Parkway, or flying into Asheville Regional Airport, the Princess Anne Hotel can be found with just a few easy turns.  Arriving to Asheville via I-26 or I-40, exit onto I-240 then exit onto Charlotte Street.  Traveling away from downtown Asheville, you will then turn right onto East Chestnut Street.  Tucked into the neighborhood at the end of the street you will find respite for the travel-weary. Park in our private lot behind the hotel. We are happy to announce we now have 6 car chargers located on site.  

Directions From Area Airports

Asheville Regional Airport (approximately 15 miles):

  • Take a Left onto Airport Road
  • Turn Left onto I-26 West toward Asheville
  • Continue onto I-240 East
  • Take Exit 5B (Charlotte Street), turn left onto Charlotte Street
  • Turn Right at East Chestnut Street
  • The Princess Anne Hotel will be on your right at the end of the street.

GSP (Greenville-Spartanburg) International Airport (approximately 88 miles):

  • Take I-85 North toward Spartanburg
  • Take Exit 70 to merge onto I-26 West toward Asheville
  • Continue onto I-240 East
  • Take Exit 5B (Charlotte Street), turn Left onto Charlotte Street
  • Turn Right at East Chestnut Street
  • The Princess Anne Hotel will be on your right at the end of the street.

Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (approximately 120 miles):

  • Take I-85 S toward Gastonia
  • Take Exit 10B to merge onto US-74W toward Kings Mountain/Shelby, Continue to follow 74W
  • Merge onto I-26 West toward Asheville
  • Continue onto I-240 East
  • Take Exit 5B (Charlotte Street), turn Left onto Charlotte Street
  • Turn Right at East Chestnut Street
  • The Princess Anne Hotel will be on your right at the end of the street.

Parking

When you arrive, feel free to park in our front-driveway.  This is our only entrance and the easiest place for you to unload your luggage.  After settled, you may park your car on the street if you prefer, or follow Furman Avenue to the first drive on your right. Our lit lot is located just behind the hotel. Enjoy our new car chargers as well!
